深部巷道高强全锚注一体化技术研究与应用

Research and application of High Strength and Complete Bolt Grouting Technology in Deep Soft Rock Roadway

摘要: 针对深部高应力软岩巷道受高构造应力挤压产生大变形失稳的难题,提出了高强全锚注全方位、大范围、深层次注浆加固围岩,实现高强中空锚杆(索)由端锚向全锚转化,同时固结围岩、提质增强,提高了围岩与支护结构体的耦合自承能力|平煤一矿三水平下延戊一上山采区回风上山试验段采用高强锚注材料、高性能中空锚杆(索)、高压注浆对围岩进行大范围、深层次锚注,并通过巷道表面位移、深部离层变形、破裂情况窥视等综合方法确定了高强锚注合理时机,实测两帮变形量小于10mm,顶板测点平均下沉变形量200mm左右,经简单修复即可实现巷道的长期稳定。

Abstract: Aiming at the deep high stress soft rock roadway under high tectonic stress extrusion produced large deformation instability problem, put forward the anchor high Strength full range, large range, deep rock grouting reinforcement, achieve high strength hollow bolt / cable anchor to anchor by the transformation, at the same time, the consolidation of surrounding rock quality and strong, improve the surrounding rock and supporting structure coupling self bearing capacity; Pingdingshan coal mine three level by a delay test section by air rise up mining of high strength and high performance bolting materials, hollow bolt / cable, high pressure grouting of surrounding rock in large range, deep grouting, and the roadway surface displacement, deep separation deformation, rupture and other comprehensive methods to determine the strength at anchor reasonable time, measured two for deformation is less than 10mm, the maximum deformation of roof 600mm, long-term stability can be achieved by simple repair of roadway.
